Hello, I purchased two pairs of sneakers around *:**PM on Thursday, September **th. My order number is AD*********. When in checkout, I entered code SEPT** and the cart updated with a **% discount on the two items, now totaling $**. I entered my credit card and submitted the order, with the order details saying I was charged $*** and the discount that showed in my cart was not applied. What gives? That is shady business practice. I was never informed that the discount was removed or invalid, it just disappeared and I was charged a much different amount than what my cart said. It would have been easy to not notice this until I received my next credit card statement, and that is just wrong. I would like the order cancelled or the discount to be honored. Thank you.
