This is our second AcuRite clock with thermometer and I have been completely disappointed with the service offered by you. We cannot get a correct temperature on either the indoor or outdoor display on the brand new unit. We have replaced batteries, we have followed your suggestions to restart. The time and date are perfecty….how do we get the temperatures....which is the reason we bought the second Acurite. *my email address is *****@***.com.
