I purchased a Spin * Laptop in October of ****, and it never worked right from the beginning. It was slow, and required frequent reboots. Not wanting to bother Customer Service with a small issue, I simply rebooted often, and used it sparingly. *In Aug of ****, I contacted ACER customer service, since the issue had become unbearable, and the laptop was useless at that point.*I was on the phone for over an hour with the rep, and then dealing with the issue for another FOUR hours, while my NEW laptop downloaded and installed software that SHOULD have been loaded before I purchased it in the first place. *Acer Customer Service assured me the issue was fixed. *At that point I told them my warranty would be expired in a few months, and what would happen if it WASN'T fixed? They assured me I would be taken care of.......**Over the last few weeks the laptop has reverted to its old self again, and requires frequent reboots, with various error messages again, like last time, including "no bootable device", only THIS time, rebooting only works half the time. **I contacted ACER Customer Service, only to be redirected to a *rd Party PAY service, due to being out of warranty. YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ACER ONCE OUT OF WARRANTY. The automated system won't allow it.**I'd like to get a REFUND, or REPAIR for NO CHARGE since it's the SAME ISSUES I had before warranty ran out. **MY SNID: ***********
