I have never bought an acre before because I was concerned about quality. My brother told me his was wonderful and found one at a great price. After * weeks it wasn’t doing repair and we received that message. We reinstalled the operating program as instructed by the tech support. When we tried to use it again it just goes to a black screen. I am very disappointed with this product and will never buy another acre product and will tell any one who asks how dissatisfied I am.
