My issue relates to Sofitel (an Accor Hotel Group brand) charging my credit card for another guest without my permission. The phone no. listed on GH page, *** *** ****, is no good, at least for North American callers. Found this no.: *** *** **** on website. It's "Reservations," but caller can ask human for "Accor Customer Care Team" when answered if a non-reservation issue, which is what I did.
GetHuman2840140 did not yet indicate what Accor Hotels should do to make this right.

I found toll-free Accor Reservation tel* for North American callers on the Accor website. Called no. & asked to asked for help related to billing. Rep transferred me to customer service team.
