The issue in GetHuman-sammcmic's own words
I am trying to receive the * tickets I paid for. ... I purchased tickets on August **, **** for “The Story So Far” concert by using my Facebook and my debit card. I still haven’t received the tickets in either email form or on the AXS app. I recently called and sent an email about the issue. Instead of getting my tickets, I’m receiving emails about if the problem has been fixed. It hasn’t been fixed.
This is frustrating because I still haven’t received my tickets, even though my friend just bought and received hers yesterday from AXS.
They could make this right by sending me the * tickets either in an email or on the AXS app.
I’m a new customer. I expected to receive the items that were bought within ** hour or within at least a week.
I have only called customer service and emailed about the issue.
