The issue in GetHuman-krajmem's own words
I have Gate Way Modem which is ** years old. It does not have capability of even setting up a password for the guest when they come to visit me. I always end up in giving my password compromising my privacy.*I contacted customer service and tech support yesterday (**********) and they both have agreed, it is very old modem It need be replaced with new one. They also said that company require them to bill me monthly fee for the modem. (Basically I need to rent it). *It is hard for me to understand, why AT&T cannot replace my old one with new modem at NO COST to customers supporting one's privacy issues.*Sir, I always respect your company policy.
