Three attempts, three phone calls and a chat, lasting a LONG time, and I was assured my monthly bill had had been adjusted to reflect a monthly charge of around $***. Every single time I was told this problem was fixed, but that the overage could not be credited. But I was assured my next bill would be the correct amount. I’ve just gotten a third bill with the incorrect amount!!!! I want an answer and a refund on these charges within ** hours or I will be spent switching to spectrum. I was so good about being accommodating up until this point! I’ve had an AT&T mobile phone for almost ** years and the customer service is excellent. Phone, internet and land line - awful! Also command of the English language is a problem with your representatives. So very disappointed, Monica Jenks
