Approximately three times a month I get a letter (yes, via snail mail) that says it's from the ST&T High Speed Internet Customer Care Team. The first line says they "recently attempted to contact" me via email but their message was returned. It then goes on to say I have used **% of my data plan. That's interesting because my data plan is unlimited and my contact information is correct.**There is no sender's address, not even a telephone number, on this letter. Attempts to contact your customer service via telephone have been less than helpful, mostly because I could not understand the Indian accent.**I don't know why I'm bothering with this except that it offends me that your huge organization can't get something simple like this straight.
