I’m trying to get something done like my money back ex knowledge they hired dishonest employees who will say anything for that commission they get . I’ve been told * to * different stories connected to * different departments when I called and * more excuses or lies by a store manager at there location owned and operated by att ... Due to COVID-** Found packaging from purchase While cleaning seen original written from sales person so was curious how close we where to paying off the * phones so upon looking up are bill noticed I was getting charged * phones and when we went the sales person told me that the ** wasn’t in and I clearly stated if I chose to want the ** for me would there be a problem she said no it wouldn’t so what ever I decided to do just come back and she would fix it we got the ** I phone in the mail and when I decided to go and replace the phone number to the ** my number from sprint which I shut off sprint to become a new customer and receive my free phone nothing was ever told to me about which I can’t use which I can use on and with my number I asked from the beginning before I agreed would there be a problem if I chose to go to the ten and keep it no was her Answer so when I seen we were getting charged for all * phones I was upset but it was a accident that we decided to look at the phone Bill and it was the paper from the sales persons handwriting where she put free phone so I shouldn’t have to worry att hires only the best to work them now after this experience it seen the best liars and thief’s a multi billion dollar company doesn’t want to refund my money now wait a min I get * different stories I called and they tell me that it’s becUse the chips are not in the phone it’s suppose to be in that voided the contract I told I asked the sales person * times if it would be a problem no it would come back and see me I will fix it replace them chip swap them into the ** now she tells me there not responsible for the stores sales person I was like there att employees under the att employment and all abide bye , so I went to the store and now I get a different story why I’m getting charged for * phones it’s because you have to have your number on the free phone she never told me that she said there wouldn’t be a problem and then I said really my chip has to be on the free phone we’ll wait a minute I had my sprint number on the free phone for *months then why was I being charged from the get go and he looks it up sees it then changes the story says oh it’s because it says her about u wanting the ** for you yeah if I chose the ** instead would it be a problem she said no now you change the story now again which doesn’t make sense I never would of known I was getting charged for it if I wasn’t doing spring cleaning due to covid virus me being trusting I wouldn’t be lied to swindled by honest att employees so basically the manager from the store says I not getting any money back I’m lying even thought I have her written things on back of my sprint closing bill he couldn’t find out who the sales person was at all and that it’s been to long for me finding out and coming to the store again I said I never would of known it was by accident so now that I know it bothers me to find out I’ve been lied to and took *** dollars where stolen from me and no one wants to take blame for it cause I know they work on commission too that’s one reason but that’s how they become managers and owners billionaires by stealing from there customers thanks att your the best
They can’t take into consideration that I shouldn’t be charged at all for the free phone especially when they keep changing stories telling different lies there’s no reason for me to lie like I said before to them and this page I never would of known if it wasn’t for the virus lockdown and done spring cleaning but now that I know what’s going on been lied to swindled by a multi billion dollar company cause they keep saying well that’s att guide lines but keep your story straight on the same page *** dollying a lot of money for a average American worker a lot of middle class don’t even make that’s in a week so you have to understand it’s unfair wrong should be illegal to do

Been calm and understanding that there’s idiots that work for att keep on saying different things and why would att not refund a check I don’t want credit to my bill I want that money refunded and a apology that they where wrong there employee cause at the end of the day they have to be honest and keep loyal customers happy customer service is first
Called and went to sales store as recommended and basically called a liar and to bad sorry about your luck not getting your money back
