We have contacted you numerous times regarding the illegal charges on our monthly statement for the past * months. Each time being told by your customer service reps that someone will contact us and still no contact. instead a January statement stating we must pay or our service will be turned off. your company has been charging us $*.** per month for the past * months a charge we NEVER agreed to and is NOT stated in our contract with your company. We have asked and asked that these charges be taken off our bill as well as all the late charges your company has charged us. A contract is legal and binding by both parties and your company is in breech of our contract. REMOVE the illegal charges of $*.** for a total amount of $**.** from our account IMMEDIATELY. Account **********.
