Hello I'am an AT&T business customer and have been for ** * years. I recently received my monthly bill stating I owe more than double my normal telephone bill. When I contacted the ****-***-**** number I spoke to representatives of your company that were unkind and unwilling to transfer me to their supervisor to better help me resolve my issue. I was told by a representative named Gloria that her supervisor by the name of Elda Zaragoza would be calling me back. I have not heard anything yet. This process I feel this is very disappointing and unprofessional by your company. I now feel as if I want to cancel my service with your company after ** * years. I would like to speak to a supervisor or manager that can better help me resolve my issue so I can focus on running my company and not renegotiating my terms to phone plans that I will not be using.
