The issue in GetHuman-lailana's own words
my experience is very bad with at&t, first of all **- very bad coverage of internet in my area, i called them to fix that they said this is true and we are giving you *$ off every on all your next bills i accepted that !** - i discovered that my bill was increased with *$, there was no deduction of the *$ and also that my plan wasn't unlimited knowing that i purshased unlimited plan the first time**- the team has no knowledge on their products or their services ** - increase of the bill with no permission- money taken from my account with no permission - that's not acceptable even for *$ *at the end all these reason makes me very unsatisfied and thinking about stopping the wifi and wireless with at&t
