You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-panicmam's own words
I have been with At&t for at least * years. I have always paid my bill on time. Recently, I have had some financial struggles and have been late. So, they suspended my account for late payment. Although, I had tried many times to contact them and work out a payment arrangement and could not get chats to load. I paid that payment and the next months payment at the same time. The next bill was at two weeks late and my phone was suspended again. It was * weeks late the first time it was suspended. But this time I wasn't even given * weeks and it was just shut off. My work requires a phone. So, now my clients cannot contact me which will make it difficult to make money to pay my bill. I was almost able to pay the amount to get it cut back on and I go to look at my account and now another *** has been added to my bill. My bill is due on the *th. So, I missed the November *th payment. Why would I need to pay the December *th payment today to get my phone back on? Why was I not able to work out a payment plan to begin with? I know this is something you offer and I have every intention of paying my bill, I just hit a snag financially and am working to get back on track. This has severely set me back now and there is no way I can come up with what is being asked because I cannot even contact any of my clients! I am hoping that I can somehow reach someone, I cant call because I dont have my phone, so I have been searching for email addresses and trying the chat using the local libraries wifi and cannot reach anyone to discuss any options I may have. My bill was ** days late. Why on earth was it suspended?!
