I have a billing issue I have been try to resolve for three weeks. I have had numerous phone conversations with associates and a supervisor. I was led to believe that this matter was settled but it apparently is not. I have no intention of wasting more time on the phone since it apparently means nothing.*From this letter outlining the facts, I expect this to be taken care of promptly once and for all. I have been an ATT Wireless customer for over ** years and I find this lack of customer service unacceptable.*Phone number: ***-***-**** (primary) and ***-***-*****Joanne L. Orluk **** (passcode)**My husband and I went on a cruise on November * – ** to Greece*Italy. Planned ahead and purchased Cellular at Sea as well as day passes for the nine days we were in port. *Cellular at Sea never worked and unfortunately our phone roamed looking for a signal, racking up fees. We never used the phones during that time except when we were in port. I tried calling AT&T from Greece but the person I spoke to for almost an hour couldn’t understand what I was asking. Called the next day and same issue.*When I returned from the cruise on November **, I called and spoke to a very helpful young woman (Amanda?) who spoke to a supervisor and told me this is how they resolved this: The supervisor agreed to credit all of the roaming charges, the $*** cellular at sea charge, and several day passes. I was told that my credit would be $***. She assured me she spoke to a supervisor, made notes in my file and it was all taken care of. I was so impressed by her efficiency. The problem is SHE DIDN’T DO WHAT SHE PROMISED. *Two days later I noticed I was only credited $***. I called and was told that it hadn’t been approved yet but “they could see it in my file” and would be taken care of by Friday, November **. It was not taken care of.*My total bill should be $***, which would include my regular bill and nine days of International Day passes on two lines ($***) plus taxes. This is what I was promised and this is what I expect to happen.*I would like someone to contact me and let me know this credit has been processed. I have wasted a great deal of time on this and I expect an immediate resolution.*Thank you for your attention to this matter.
