I'm very close to cancelling my services with AT&T. I've been a customer for several and am a stock holder - albeit a small one. The service has been only fair, and certainly not worth the money Ice paid over time. TV shows are missing chunks of content because of the spotty connection - this just isn't acceptable. Analog was much more reliable. Telephone service is okay except when the squirrels chew through the lines - and this occurs EVERY YEAR. I receive my telephone bill about a week before the cable payment bill, yet the cable bill is due before the phone by a significant difference. Plus, there's not much lead time for the cable payment. **And now - CBS. I want the TV shows I pay for and you're not giving me the channels I requested! **I've been patient eough, but it's getting difficult. And, sorry but the $** to compensate me for lost viewing doesn't cut it. **DO SOMETHING! **Lisa McCarty
