The issue in GetHuman-mfabrega's own words
I called to upgrade my phone( been a customer for over ** yrs) and was told how to get a FREE upgrade on an iPhone *, for myself & my husband. I was told to follow the link, I asked why there was a **.** charge monthly if I was getting the phone for free. I was told i would get charged, then credited the **.** monthly. Get the phone, call Bc I only received * & she tells me that the charge is for the phone. I said why was I told I would get credited like I did before when I had ordered phones, and was told NO. No upgrade for free, no credit. So I am telling you I will be shutting our account w-AT&T. This is no way to treat a customer that not only has been loyal but pays bill immediately. Can’t believe this is how a huge company deals w customers. I want the address to return my phone. *Marlene & Jorge F*bregas****-*******
