Eraser a error charge ... I am up to date with my accounts. Recently I received a very old account that had already been discussed about it and as I also do it very frequently with my regular payments. I think that Att & tt wishes to take advance of me and I will not allow it. I have lived in other places since I am a very old client of the company and it is not only what they do to me. Some time ago they sent me a technician to my house because my internet did not work since it was of the service to the repair customer service could not repair by phone and before I told the person with whom I spoke that if you was going to charge me please don't send him and he told me that no but if I was going to send him I told him that I was fine but that I did not accept charges. He arrived a few days and checked inside and moved a wire from the installation and that was it. Then they sent me an account for $ $**.**** dollars and I called them to tell them why that account and they tell me that it was the service of the Att & tt technician I told them that it was not a charge because they offered to send me a technician to check only. Then something similar happened that I lived in another place and they took my service and charged me for new installation that pays for it. Then another very old account arrived, which, as usual, the company sent me a different amount and another month I always called and the other one was of an amount of $**.*** or something and I called to clarify why it was a change amount of an apartment within the same building and call and I clarify everything I wonder what happens that customers bother with this type of situation.
