The issue was not resolved. AT&T promised to issue a reward of $***.** to resolve the dispute and inconvenience but then failed to issue the reward. I received confirmation twice with assigned tracking numbers yet the promised reward was never issued. Ii have subsequently contacted and been passed to several agents without resolving. The issue and promised resolution are acknowledged but AT&T fails to provide what is promised. Basically I was lied to at initial contact regarding rewards at install and during subsequent attempts to resolve. Christopher Brown

Resolve reward and receive full promised reward of $***.**. ... My name is Christopher Brown and issue is regarding U-Verse account ********* and the offer of $***.** in rewards upon activation of the account in Dec ****. To date $***.** of the offered reward has been received and redeemed. The remaining $**.** has not been received and I contacted customer service on **-**-** and **-**-** regarding this issue and customer service acknowledged the offer of $***.**. Yet the balance of $**.** has not been resolved. On **-**-** (after over * hours on hold), I spoke with Nicole at the Rewards Center initially and then was transferred and spoke with James Williams with the AT&T Customer Loyalty team regarding the issue. James confirmed again the initial offer of $***.** and stated that a reward of $***.** would be issued to resolve the $**.** outstanding. This reward has not been received and emails with Rachel at the reward center on **-Jun-**** indicate no reward is in progress and I should contact customer service again. (See below )**Christopher, our apologies for any misinformation. The Reward Center is unable to access or process any additional rewards offered for orders in December of ****. Being only a processing center we are limited by time constraints and terms of the program. We apologize that your additional $** was not sent over to us to process. Request is fulfillment of the $***.** reward promised by customer rep Aaron on ******* per confirmation * K********. This same reward was again confirmed and promised vis chat with agent Glenn on ****** and assigned confirmation * K********.
I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for over ** years paying my bill on time. I expect fair business tactics and to receive what I was promised upon dealing with AT&T upon sale of U-Verse pkg.
Contacted AT&T on several occasions to resolve and reward is promised but not issued. I consider this unethical as not being truthful regarding reward status. Prefer a correct and truthful response.
