This letter is regarding the recent telephone conversations I have had trying to resolve a problem regarding my billing. This problem has caused me entire lunch hour on several occasions. I was assured by each representative on each occasion that the matter was resolved, but when I called to make a payment, the matter was not resolved. I am frustrated and angry with your company and the fact that there are so many problems sending these jobs overseas.***Cheap labor does not mean that it is cost effective. I think your company should concentrate more on its consumers here and less on monopolizing. ***I think it is a disgrace that as a consumer in the U.S. I cannot speak with someone in the United States that understands me or the problem. I have spoken with AT&T representatives for three months and still have not had the problem rectified. ***I first signed up for a promotion back in January which included landline, DirectTV and internet for the first three (*) months for $**.***$**.** with three months of movie channels included. ***My first bill in February gave me a credit of $**.**. In March I received a bill for $*** something dollars. I called because it was incorrect. I spoke with someone overseas who was supposed to correct the situation. In April, I received a bill for $*** and something dollars which was also incorrect. I called again and spoke with two individuals who assured me that it was corrected. I spent an hour or more with each of them. Come to find out, I was yet in another dilemma. ******On yesterday, May *, **** I stayed on the phone again for another hour with the representative assuring me that she saw where the problem was, and it would be rectified. She stated I only needed to pay $***.** today. Yet, today when I called, I was back at this same problem again. ***I have wasted my personal lunch time and work trying to resolve this problem. As a consumer we deserve better services. **I was with Cox and only came over to your company because of this promotion. It seems like this is some type of gimmick to get consumers signed on and the nightmare begins. ***This problem needs to be resolved immediately.***Thanking you in advance for your professional courtesies and cooperation.
