AT&T folks:**Recently, our wireless plan changed from ** Gb*month at $***.**, to ** Gb at $***.**, an increase of over **%. **I carefully examine every monthly bill and each email notification. I have all previous bills, and also email notifications saved in a separate file. In none of any recent of these did I find any message that AT&T was changing our plan. I quickly learned that the ** Gb plan has been discontinued, substituting the ** Gb plan. **What I would like to know is if AT&T sent any notification to me announcing this change, because, to the best of my careful knowledge, I never received any. If you did send such a notice, could you please resend it for my records? **I was forced to scramble to fix this, by now changing to a * Gb plan, as we do not use all that much monthly data. I also had to insist on a correction to my latest bill back to at least the original amount, or we would no longer be able to afford AT&T, where we have been Gold Status customers for dozens of years. **If you could send me that requested information, we would greatly appreciate it.
