My social*credit was ran several times by customer service rep without me knowing and the situation being explained. This same customer service rep broke in half my state issued I.D. and never once apologized. I had explained to her that her running my credit info through her system mulptiple times would not only effect my deposit but it would also effect my credit. She ignored all of this and submitted my info anyway. Her name was Vanassa Henderson. She was very unprofessional and when asked about my credit being ran she told me that she would run it a few more times and told me to get the **** out of her store. I THINK THAT WE BOTH KNOW THAT THERE ARE AGENCIES THAT PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM THESE TYPES OF ACTIONS. THERE UNFORTUNATELY WAS SO MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED. I REACHED OUT TO THE STORE MANAGER AND HE HAS YET TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AGO. THIS HAS CAUSE ME ISSUES THAT ARE TOTALLY UNECESAARY. AGAIN YOU GUYS HAVE NOT RESPONDED SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO REPORT THIS TO THE BBB, FTC Burea of Consumer Protection and other agencies as well.
