There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Since my transfer to Att it has Been nothing but problems! Took *O days yo get my phones all * lines! I was told activation and bill got the month would be taken care of, do yo all the trouble. I receive * bills ! I contacted my sales team several times no response since the phones were activated! They got there sale do there done! I left * message for Vericona with some questions from the corporate office who was great st help me at first , But again once the phone was actived no call backs from her! Yesterday I get my bill? Leave message for Vericona saying I thought this was taken care of please call me by today. *Then I receive a text saying my bill is late!*Not to mention I have $****. Verizon bill from changing over to all fur equipment! **I have been screwed from the beginning. * I had to pay to get phones from you wait month! Then get bills from both companies with all kinds of bells and wesol! And no follow through! **I wish I had never moved to Att! I’m not saving anything.
