My name is Patricia Chambers and our directv acct is in Dale Chambers(my husband) I have permission to make changes in the account. We have been with the co ** years. I tried getting a better pricing deal to keep my account. I negoiated twice and both times my acct was raised again within * months. The next time I tried, I was told there was nothing to be done. In trying to cancel my account I was told I needed a new passcode and I could not reset it. I put my husband on the line and because he said his name was Dale Hodge Chambers, which is his name, chatto cs**** told me he could not make changes to the account because he gave a wrong name. After much arguing I asked for a supervisor. *Olivia aq**** the supervisor said the same thing. She also said complaining would not go against her. I have been a manager and a supervisor so I know she could help me. I called back immediately a really nice representive let my husband set up a passcode and tried to help find me a deal. There was nothing to be found. So he let me cancel the account and told me to follow the return equip procedure to the letter. Then I got an email to watch for prepaid shipping boxes. I waited and no boxes. I called and was told the boxes had been delivered. They had not. I called again no boxes and no explanation. But they did try to give me agreat deal. A big deal. How can I get this great deal nowm when I was canceling, I could not get one. I had to drive ** min tona ups store to return your equip. You may want to train your representives better. ***I wanted to return my equipment and
