I called and cancelled service on my tablet around a year ago.*I called today and tried to get help with credit on this but was hung up on once before we come to a decision. And the second time I was told that since there wasn't anything noted on my account they could not do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for **-** mins. The I heard someone take me off hold then hung up. *I was paying monthly payments for new phones so I didn't pay attention to the bill. I have had some serious issues this year and haven't been as observant as I should have been. I would have noticed after looking over my paperless statement. *There has not been any activity on this account for a long time so that should show I am not lying. Someone at AT&T did not note it on my account nor did they take off the charges so I have to pay for their mistake. *I have been a loyal AT&T customer for around ** years. *Please look into this and help resolve this issues.
