To whom it may concern:*I Qumlene Johnson called on ********** to get an upgrade on * of my phones which I was told I could not. I did not see why because I had * lines that was no contract because I brought them with me from T Moble when I switched.*So I ordered phones through a promo Buy one get one, it was the Samsung Note * . My rep told me I had to get * new lines I told her I did not want new lines I was upgrading one and will use the other on another line . She ( Sherrie) told me they were just temporary and when I get the phones call to activate the lines with the sim I already had. *OK now I was quoted the phones was ***.** each but I only had to pay ***.** for one the premo will give ***.** credit for the other*which I will only have ***.** to pay on the *nd one. Installments will be **.** for ** months for the first.***.** for ** months on the second.*the Activation fee will be wavered. I would get a ***.** credit in * months and my onetime payment for the order ***.** .**On ********** I checking my account I notice I had * charges of ***.**. and **.**.* I only agreed to the one time charged of ***.**.* There is a total of ***.** charged to my account with out my consent.** I called startling at **:** am trying to get some one to assist me.* I went from rep. who did not know to supervisor Mr. Adorea who said he would transfer me to finance and I held on for * *** hours no one came so I google to get the number to to finance office . I called and had to go through a rep I ask for a supervisor and was told she was busy and could not talk but will call back I insist to speak wit her and was put on hold then disconnected. I call back get finance who sent me to activation Mr. Knight who sent me to cancellation stayed with me spoke with Brandon who transferred us to Bridget and left the line when the young lady Bridget said she could not help me and she told me to hold and I was disconnected.*Now it *:** pm I called the number to order status and the Young lady there was very nice ( I am sorry I did not get her name) and explained to me I could upgrade due to not contract on the * lines and that I was charged ***.** for the * phones as the taxes but did not know what the additional **.** was for * she then apologized for my being misinformed and all the trouble I was having.* Yet no one could solve my issuers.** I has a **.** overage charge I would like credit for and * additional lines which I was told would be temporary tocome off my bill they are ***-***-**** ****-***-****. and I should onli be bill the monthly installments for the phone* which are **.** for ** months and **.** for ** months .**Thank you in advance .*a very satisfied customer at this time.*I* Qumlene Johnson
