I have ATT internet and either DirecTv or ATT U-Verse TV for years. I am switching from DirecTv back to U-Verse. It will be hooked up this week.*Everyone I have talked with, over time, at ATT and every message I receive from ATT thanks me for being a valued long time ATT customer and the “best part of ATT.” I saw an ad on one of your sites that offered U-Verse TV and internet bundle for $** a month for a year. When I called about this I was told that it was only for new customers. That tells me that ATT values new customers more than long standing customers. I think when I get down to $*** penalty for early cancellation I may switch to Spectrum Cable. They will buy out contracts up to $***. I like being a valued customer but I like saving money more.
