I had a microcell that failed, a replacement was sent, and because the microcell support service was intermittent for a while, I could not return it as quick as they wanted. Even though I tracked the returned item back to an AT&T facility, customer loyalty claims it has not been returned or logged in, I've spent almost * hours talking and on hold to get the proper credit of ***.** issued on my account. today I get a threatening email that my service is going to be terminated, even though * weeks ago a customer loyalty representative said he had found it and would issue a credit, today on my call (** minutes) first I was told they could not, then could, then could not and finally could see it had been returned, but they had to file a case to the "back office" to see if a credit could be issued. I've been a wireless customer for ** years through numerous acquisitions with AT&T and it's predecessors, but I'm ready to move on because of the lack of good procedures and customer service within AT&T. That will also take out my DirectTV account which I've also had for over ** years. The net effect will be ***-*** less in revenue monthly because of customer service only. (we won't talk about you being the most expensive service too). I need the credit issued, my account returned to exemplary performance rating and correction of these internal failures. Not to mention, nobody, but nobody at AT&T ever owns a problem to resolution, it is just pass it along and put the customer into another long queue to wait.**The account is under phone number ***-***-**** and I would really appreciate a call at that number to discuss the matter and the resolution.
