Hello At&t , My name is Jayla. My husband and I just started service with you in June. Our experience so far has been absolutely horrible. We have had so many problems with our account since the day we started our service. I am always calling customer service and having to tell the story *** times before I can get to someone who can help me just for them to tell me that it has to be investigated for three days. So I figured maybe I will try emailing and someone can help us. Because we are very close to switching over to a different company if we continue to be disappointed by our service. Our first problem happened in July. You guys withdrew over $*** dollars from our account. This took every thing out of our bank account including the little savings that we had and also caused our account to be overdrawn and we were charged a fee of $**. My husband is active duty in the Army and we don’t make much so this has cause so much stress our lives. So I called *** to try and get this resolved and only one person could find were this payment was taken. It didn’t show up on our account online or anything when I looked it only showed in our bank account. So , the person that did see the charge transferred me to someone who could give us a refund because there was absolutely no way our bill could’ve been that much. At the time we only had two lines and direct tv which hadn’t been installed yet. And our june bill was already taken care of because we paid $*** twice the day we got our service at att so $*** was accredited to our account which took care of the first month. We never received a bill for the month of july the money was just taken out of our bank account leaving us broke. We never got the refund over the phone because by the time i got to the lady to help me she said it was a direct tv problem and that they were closed and she also couldn’t find the payment.*So we went to the att store that we started our service out because they are very helpful and they ended up helping and getting almost $*** accredited to our account but that still didn’t put our money back in our account. So this problem still hasn’t been solved and we also never seen this money be accredited. And this problem happened again last week but this time it was only almost $*** taken out of our account and it hadn’t even been a month since we paid our last bill . I called customer service again and no one could find the payment and no one could help me. Once again everything was taken out of our account because we are a military family living pay check to pay check. And yall took everything and now we were charged a $** overdraft fee. So now my husband next check is going to be short and we possibly wont even get to fly back home for holidays because you guys have taken all of our savings and money. This experience has been soooo stressful and we really want to get help because this has really effected our day to day life in a negative way. Can someone please help us.
