we wanted to upgrade both Iphones on my account. at the store they said we would have to add another line(I have * alreads) or get direct TV. I have a contract locked with dish so that is not an option. I was told to call the Loyalty Department, then was told the same. I just finished paying off both the other phones. so we wanted the buy one get one free option. I was told earlier that the bogo option w*o adding anything is available in certain areas. I don't want to pay and extra $** a month on my phone bill. I have been a customer for over ** years with your company, I don't understand why we can't be extended that option. I will be looking this week to change my services and hopefully be able to find a company that values long time GOOD STANDING customers. It's a shame!! so many of my friends*family have told me I overpay for my services, but I wanted to stay with the company I have been with since my first cell phone. my cell number is ***-***-****
