To whom it may concern,**My credit card was charged for no apparent reason. I had been using a prepaid account, but did not renew my service for September because I am traveling in Spain. Because I am overseas, I was unable to directly resolve the issue and had my mother call to resolve it. When she talked to customer support, she seemed to resolve the issue. However, I have noticed this month that my credit card was charged once again, and no refund has been issued for the charges last month. As you can imagine, I am very frustrated and this is not the kind of issue I want to have to worry about while abroad. So, I would like a full refund of all unauthorized charges.
