I’ve about had it with your corporation. I ordered an iPad Pro **.* last week. I phoned your customer service yesterday and was told after much confusion (because his English was atrocious) that my iPad would be delivered tomorrow. Today I get an email telling me it won’t be shipped for another month. Your organization is a joke. I don’t care if you outsource. Thats a business decision.’At least hire people that can can communicate effectively in the customers Language. I have been a customer for over ** years and I’m going down to Verizon tomorrow to see how they deal with their customers. Your customer service “person” straight up lied to me. I realize you don’t care but when you **** off enough people and your bottom line gets effected you’ll care.
