This is the issue. I have had to resort to contacting AT&T through another source. I have repeated myself * or * times today alone with no resolution. My account is on unified billing due to terrible customer service in the first place. We attempted to sign up for U-verse and never got a technician out to the house hence never getting U-verse. Hence we should not be on Unified Billing. Now supposedly Customer Service even the loyalty department cannot see my bill to be able to help me due to it being on Unified Billing We have had two fraudulent insurance claims on the account, as of today they are supposed to be taken care of. One this should not happen once, not even twice but we have been ignored by every representative except one named Bannilou and goes by Van that I spoke with on AT&T chat. I wanted to speak to a supervisor in Loyalty and supposedly I was not allowed and they would have to call me and when I asked the rep if they could call me back if we got disconnected they said they would have to have permission. This is ridiculous. The absolute worst customer service I have ever, in my ** years on this planet, had. Being a ** year customer, I can honestly say I believe AT&T has changed for the worst. I shouldn't take this personal but I do as I pay ** hours a week of my life for a phone each month. The sad truth is I won't see any resolution to this issue and honestly I'll be surprised if I get to talk to anyone concerning this.
