I have att internet & landline. I had a billing issue last month that was resolved online . Today I received an incorrect bill again ! I have been approved (last month) far access now ! The lifeline service was denied saying I did not have an ATT phone,which the no. they had was an ATT no. ! The no. is the one I have . I just spoke with an agent over the phone and I am still confused ! Last month the unlimited landline was **.** a month cheaper than the digital . The representative I chated with online fixed the issue and I was billed accordingly. Today I received another incorrect bill and was hung up on . I was also billed more for the internet.Last month I was approved for access now ! I would like to know how much my bill is actually ?
