May ** ordered wired internet, ** mps, and DirectTV package. Moving. I had The Dish. Was informed that I would be reimbursed for cancellation fees, visa cards, and tablet.*May ** realized I did not have a modem but a wireless hot spot. contacted AT&T.**Received email apologizing for an eager salesman. I cannot get wired internet in my area. Return equipment and fees would be waived upon receipt Mailed equipment.**Received a bill. Contacted Loyalty. She stopped my autopay and checked the status of USPS on equipment. Still in transit. was told: as soon as you get receipt from us that the equipment is in you'll have to call back to cancel. I cant cancel now or my refund could not be credited. Received email confirming conversation stating no cost for the service.**Received email confirming equipment was received. Refund of **.** was credited to my account.**Call AT&T to now cancel Was informed there was an outstanding bill and they would not cancel. Asked them to please check the notes on the account. Their reply was we cant waive the charges. My * previous emails state that no cost on me. It was a bait and switch on the internet, not to mention that I had to pay $***. to TheDish to cancel with no reimbursement. The salesman did not provide what I ordered and misled me to believing I had unlimited internet. **At this point the rep stated he would have his manager contact me after confirming with previous manager on the waiving of fees. * *Its been * weeks. I have not been contacted by AT&T. I have been contacted by a collection agency.**I have forwarded them the timeline. and emails from you confirming this was your error and not mine. **What more do I need to do in order to get this off of my plate. I have eaten the $***. I paid Dish. **please review this account and pull the phone conversations. Your policy of not being able to talk to the same representative is debilitating and hinders honest communication.**the wireless numbers on the account were*********** ************I would be more than happy to email you copies of the emails I have received from you.*Sherrie Hudson
