name glenda christeson i have had dtv for about yrs my kids pay the bill a couple times the bill was late and it was turned off completly both times there was all just black channels with the message on the bottom to contact customer service we knew it wasbecause of late payments but when the bill was paid we were charged for the completetime it was off because they said that we should have contacted customer service ifwe had no viewing channels still running(which we did not)this has happened a couple of times and i could not get the issue resolved at all and still had to pay the extra money for services i did not receive at the time of the shut off my account can be accessed and all the info checked i told them i should not have had to pay for blank channels but was basically told it was my fault for not contacting customer service and i was also told i could not get rid of the dvr because it was part of the pacage but i noticed i pay about ** for receivers **and ** i think why am i apaying for both receivers when i thought the first one was included so i am just wondering if that could be any cheaper glendachristeson **********
