In November we purchased two phones. At that time we switched our TV internet service to Dish network. The sales person that sold us the package said we had ** days to change our minds and return the phones. After a couple of weeks we decided we did not like the phones. Truthfully we are older and it is hard to change. We went back to our previous phone carrier but kept our AT&T phone and Dish, returned the phones based on the information customer service had given us. We returned them by UPs to the RLO in Ft. Worth. I paid the fee $***.** to break the contract with the mobile phones. Today I received a call from a collection agency demanding $*,**** for the phones! We don't have them, we returned them based on what you told us, and feel like AT&T is ripping us off. When we call we are getting hung up on. We've been an AT&T customer for well over ** years....I'm frustrated because I can't get anyone to talk to us. We simply are told we had ** days to return the phone and since we didn't pay up. Since you guys were the ones that told us to return the darn things I think it's outrageous you are not asking us to pay for them. I need someone who can make a decision to call me and get this fixed. It's stressful and worrisome and we need help. ***-***-****. Kate Travelbee.
