Hello my name is Tia Baker. My husband and I have had AT&T for the past few months. We have both called and complained about your poor phone quality and service. We have contacted your customer service reps and told them that the phones drop calls and that we don't even get half the test messages or voicemails. Your customer service reps have reset our phones and according to them all the things that they can do. We have paid $*** a month for our phone service. My husband called in about a month ago and the rep he talked to was supposed to give us a free month of service because of the problems with your phones. Unfortunately we have yet to receive them. Since AT&T doesn't want to help with the situation and stand good on what we was told we will be dealing with another phone company by the end of the month. I will never recommend AT&T to anyone ever. You all have poor phones poor service and your reps make lies up. I'm very upset about this situation. And hope that you stand good on at least the free month of service we were supposed to get.
