Hello, I have had AT&T for over ** years. I currently have * lines with AT&T. My entire family has always loved this carrier bc it has always been very reliable. But however, for the past year or so it has really been slacking on speed. I live in a small city in California named Woodland. My entire family and I have noticed that our internet speeds have been performing very slow!! We have unlimited internet, but we never exceed our monthly **gb of high speed internet bc we are always on WiFi, even when we’re not home. We usually connect to our family’s home WiFi network. It would be very troubling and a bummer to have to switch to a different carrier, but we do plan on doing so if this issue isn’t fixed. We live on the West Side of Woodland and we have noticed that our service is not reliable on our side of town. The data speeds are very slow, ALL OF THE TIME. Our phones only get * bar of LTE, and they eventually end up switching to *g, bc they just can’t pick up LTE in this area. Our zip code for our location is *****, which is where this problem occurs. I have many friends that also have AT&T as their carrier, in fact, MOST OF THEM have AT&T (about ** of them!!) however, they all claim the same thing, which is that their internet is always performing very slow if when they haven’t exceeded their monthly **gb of fast speed internet. (Bc they also have unlimited internet) PLEASE ADRESS THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is very upsetting, it would really help if more AT&T cellphone toweres were placed in this area. Other carriers like Verizon, T-Mobile, and even Sprint, all get good service and good data speeds in this area. I strongly feel that we do not get those speeds bc there is not an AT&T cell tower near our location. We receive excellent service anywhere outside of Woodland, the problem is just in Woodland, where we barely get any. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
