Hello, My issues is about products that I didn't receive in AT &T store in December ****. Also been billed for a subscript in the amount of **.** for over * month or long I never requested. I asked for this too be removed I have spoke to over * People who said this problem will be solved. I have the Chat and over the phone documents. I just received a bill saying I received a credit of ***.** but charge for another one time fee in the amount of **.** I paid that fee already in June. I have been a loyal customer paid my bill on time upgrade products brought products and this is how I am been treated. Over charged or token advantage of I am a senior on a fixed income I need this matter to go to the President of the resolution team.
