I called customer service on June * due to my account being temporarily suspended. I arranged a payment on June * and asked if it would be ok to make another payment on the remaining balance due (at the time) on June ** which is my next pay date to avoid any other deactivations*Suspensions. My account was reactivated, I made the promised Payment on June * for a little more then I promised. The customer Service rep said she was unable to schedule the *nd Payment for the **th. So instead, she set it for the latest date the system would allow (June *) but she would make a notation on the account of the situation. Today is June * and my account has been temporarily suspended again. I would like to have my account reactivated with a promise to pay ***.** on June ** (and if needed, another promised payment on July * to bring my account current).
