I generated a new virtual card number for an $**.** purchase from Google Play. It was denied. I generated another virtual number, again for a limit of $** it was denied as well. Is there some type of lock on my account?

I was waiting for a phone call. When I received as email message from Citi I went back to the original email from Google and tried the card again. It was accepted. I have no idea what you did or when you did it but it was fixed.
