*. I was told I cancelled my auto payment when I moved. I did no such thing. I let ATT KNOW I WAS MOVING AND GAVE MY NEW ADDRESS. This caused my account of very many years to be overdue since a payment due went Unpaid. I called Att May ** and thought the problem resolved, including a correction to Experian.**I spoke with representative number ******** May ** **** and paid April May and June to the rep on the phone!**Next thing I get a notice my credit line decreased and Experian lowered my rating. **I never miss payments because all my bills are automatically paid either from my bank account or taken out of my account by a company.
