Lower bill ... I have been having so many issues with our service. It took * weeks and * techs to get it half way working. I am so disappointed with the service I receive. I have been having issues with billing as well. We have had our acct. Put on auto pay without our consent, they sent Bill's to an email address we don't use and now the one time I call and ask for customer service to remove a restoral and late fee charge the rep was very unwilling to assist and gave me a $* credit. Yes I know I didn't make the payment on time. My husband has not been able to work during to health concerns. I am already on the life line program. You would think with all the money att makes they would help a customer out. We have home internet and all our family has att cell phones. I'm going to spread the word and get everyone to go to TMOBILE!

Remove reinstatement fee and late
At least * mths with home internet.. * years with cell phone service.
