I keep resetting my DVR and it will NOT work or record ANYTHING ... My name is Kristin Stenner and I need someone to come out and fix my DVR. It is constantly not working. I have tried tons of times to reset it! I have not been able to use it AT ALL for the past almost * months. I am @work and do NOT have time to wait on customer service to answer, just to guide me over the phone to reset it......AGAIN! I NEED someone to come out and take a look at it ASAP, as I am paying for a service monthly that NEVER works. I pay A LOT of money for my bundle package and other than this issue, I really enjoy your company as my cable provider vs. Spectrum. It is frustrating because I am paying monthly for this service and also, I work and have * kids, so when I am ready to FINALLY sit down and watch my recorded shows, I cannot watch any because it never works.
They could make this right by refunding * months of DVR payments as I have been paying for it, but unable to utilize it. Also, they could send someone out IMMEDIATELY to fix this problem. Otherwise, I may have to part ways.......
I have been a loyal customer for over * years and have always paid my bill on time. As much money as I pay monthly, this should NOT be happening every single day.
I have tried EVERYTHING possible to reset it. IT WILL NOT work. I cannot record, pause, rewind, fast-forward........NOTHING!
