My service has been down .i called last Sa****ay to resolve this issue and the representative got my info to look up my account and he told me that yes it appears that my cable * uverse bill is very high . I said how high ? He replied over $***.**. He said he had great news . I said yes ?? He said I can save you a lot of money .” With direct tv I can guarantee that your monthly bill will be $**.** for one year with all the channels you already get . It is a * year contract though “. I said we prefer direct tv . We had direct tv for over ** years at my house in Escondido that I sold last year . When direct tv sent technician to my apartment in San Marcos they could not install satellite bcz building has no south west exposure . The operator asked when that was I tod him July ****. He ***ured me that things had changed and they could install or else he wouldn’t be wasting my time . I asked about my existing uverse balance and he said I didn’t have to pay that now . He sent me some links and said they would send someone out on Monday . I thanked him and asked his name for the survey .He replied that he’s a supervisor and he was speaking to me on Axel’s phone . I found that odd . I replied , ok so I just want to give whoever I’m speaking with a positive survey . He thanked me and said that a technician will be at my apt between ** and * on Monday . The tech arrived early on Monday and basically told me they are unable to install because of my location . Huge waste of my time . I thought it is important that you know this is happening . I would like to be able to make payment arrangements and prevent my account from going in to collections and furthermore I had asked my phone , uverse , and cable to be bundled , so whenever I paid att , I believed I was paying my bill for all services . I don’t want to change networks my family has been loyal for as long as I can remember over ** years . Please work with me human to human company.
I trust that AT&T U-Verse will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
