I need advice about setting up internet access in my RV. My spouse and I are AT&T subscribers with iPhone 12 mini devices that offer "hot spot" functionality (with the free data that was included upon purchase). Our goal is to use the internet during our travels when we park to stream TV shows on our smart TVs. I'm aware that AT&T provides mobile hot spot gadgets, but I understand that data packages must be bought separately. We plan to watch TV for roughly an hour each day over 20 days. Any expert suggestions would be appreciated.

I purchased a Samsung cell phone and attempted to set up a security code to prevent unauthorized access. Being 74 years old, technology isn't my strong suit. I tried using my usual 4-digit code, unaware of the requirement for a 4-digit code plus 1 letter. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to meet this criteria, my phone is now prompting me to "reset" it. However, I am unable to reset it until I can remove the incorrect codes I entered and set a new one. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Deborah.

There are some issues with my phone that I'd like to address. Sometimes it goes straight to voicemail or doesn't ring at all when someone tries to call me. Other times, when I call someone, it just hangs up. Another problem is that I receive no alerts for my text messages. I've checked my settings and volume, and even set a ringtone, but nothing has changed.

I have a phone, internet, and DIRECTV bundle with AT&T Wireline and DIRECTV. I have been paying for both accounts separately for the last few months, and I'm trying to understand why. Despite speaking with several agents, I have not received a clear answer as calls are either disconnected or transferred. I am currently on the phone with a representative who is looking into both accounts, hoping for a resolution. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for a long time and would like this issue to be resolved promptly. I prefer live updates over emails as I rarely use my email for communication. Thank you.

While shopping at Sam's Club with my wife, we were approached by a salesman at the AT&T booth. He inquired about our current phone service provider, Verizon, and our monthly costs and phone models. Despite me mentioning the durability and quality of my Kyocera phone, he insisted that AT&T offered better service and that our phones would not work on their network. He then recommended upgrades for my wife's S23, my grandson's iPhone 13, and my son's flip phone. I was also pushed to upgrade to what I believe was an S94, which has been causing me trouble with blurry pictures for my work as a home inspector. The process of trying to replace the phone has been frustrating and time-consuming, leading to additional costs and poor service experiences. The unexpected charges and billing discrepancies have left me disappointed in the service provided by AT&T, especially compared to my positive experiences with Verizon.

I contacted ATT regarding my friend's truck running over the junction box in my neighbor's yard adjacent to my driveway. ATT issued me a claim number and mentioned that Sedgwick would reach out within two days to arrange an inspection to assess the box's condition, mainly the cracked lid. My ticket number is [redacted]-01. I received one voicemail from a Sedgwick representative but have been unsuccessful in reaching them after leaving messages. Despite contacting ATT again, they were uncooperative. My neighbor is adamant about having the junction box inspected. I seek guidance on what steps to take next, as I am eager to resolve this issue promptly.
