We are a medical facility that is working hard to administer Covid vaccinations in a location that does not have Wi-Fi in the building or area. As part of the vaccination process we need to connect to our electronic medical records system to track who got a vaccination and the follow-up vaccinations. We have a device that allows us to use cellular data which converts it to Wi-Fi. This device works like a hotspot, but on a much larger scale.**Anyway, we have an AT&T SIM card installed in that device an it works fine until we need to renew the service each month and that is when the nightmare begins.**To setup an account with MyATT it requires a PIN number to be sent to your device, but our device cannot possibly receive or interpret a text message from ATT to get the PIN because it is not a phone. But when I call ATT for help, they cannot assist me because they need a PIN to open my account. And the device requires a larger SIM than the one AT&T sold me, so I cannot put their SIM which I customized to work in the data system into an ATT phone to resolve this.**This is a vicious circle, that I the customer get to stand in, with no help from AT&T or anyone else.
