The main account which is Fran***** is locked up, my name is James Merkle, my mother Frances Merkle is the main account. She lives in Florida and I live in New York. She said she talk to your support staff and they said they could unlock the account. The original phone number for the account was her old house number which ***-***-**** her house burnt to the good in august of last year, by the time she move into her new house the phone company gave her phone number out to another person. Her new house number is ***-***-**** and her new cell number is ***-***-****. She didn't know she had to update the account with the new numbers. How can we resolve this issue????
