I had to buy a separate ticket from US to Narita and Narita to Naha due to cost. The ticket I bought from Narita did not account for the date change going to Japan. My arrival from the US is * Dec but my departure to Naha was bought for * Dec. I need to change my ticket from Narita to Naha to * Dec but the only option given by customer service was to cancel the ticket and buy a new one on the correct date. If I could apply the cost of the ticket that I purchased in error to the cost of the new ticket, I would be amenable to buying the higher fare, thereby making more money for ANA. The cost I paid already is $***. The cost of a new discount fare on the correct date (* Dec) is $***. Total for these two is less than $***. If I could apply the fare I cant use ($***) to the price of the new
